  • How Do I Get A Bespoke Valuation?

    For a free no obligation bespoke valuation simply enter your registration with a few details about the vehicle and contact details for yourself and one of our helpful and friendly team will be in touch in a matter of minutes either by phone, email or text.

  • Do I Need to Book An Appointment before visiting a branch?

    If you would rather visit our premises then we would prefer you to book an appointment in advance so that we can allocate enough time to each customer.

  • Will you collect my car?

    If you’re not local to us, we offer a nationwide collection service which works around you. If you provide us with a specific date and time, one of our helpful and friendly team will come and collect the vehicle from yourself suited to you saving you time and money.

  • Are there any admin fees?

    You will be happy to know that we don’t charge any admin fees!

  • How and when will I receive payment for my vehicle?

    When everyone is happy and satisfied with the deal you will receive an instant secure faster payment that will enter your bank account within minutes. You will also receive a purchase invoice.

  • Do I leave my car with you if I agree to sell?

    Yes once payment has been made you will leave the vehicle in our capable hands. If the vehicle is left with us at our premises please ensure that you have made arrangements for your return journey.

  • How do I get an appointment?

    You can book an appointment via various options and one of our helpful and friendly team members will be more than happy to assist you:

    1. Enter your registration and a few bits of information about the vehicle and yourself and one of our team will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time.

    3. Click on the button “Book an Appointment”. Enter a few details about yourself and again one of our team will contact you shortly.
  • What different type of appointments do you offer?

    We offer 3 different types of appointments because we know life can be a busy one sometimes and as we said before, we happily take the hassle out of selling your vehicle.

    1. On-Site - Bring your vehicle to our premises located in Flimwell, East Sussex within the date and time allocated by the team member
    2. Phone - You can either arrange a live video call with one of our team members to view the vehicle you are selling, start a whatsapp chat or a simple phone call appointment.
    3. We’ll Come to You – If you are within a 30 mile radius we’re more than happy to come and view the vehicle. Collection would diffe
  • What do I need at my appointment?

    (Please note: not all of these documents are a necessity but please inform a member of our team in advance)

    1. The V5 Logbook/Registration Certificate.
    2. Identification – E.g. Driving License, Passport Etc.
    3. All paperwork you have for the vehicle E.g. Service History, MOT Certificates, Previous receipts showing work carried out on the vehicle
    4. Spare key if applicable
    5. Bank Details so we can pay you for the vehicle.
    6. Finance Settlement Letter. If the vehicle has any finance outstanding we need a letter with the settlement figure from the finance company to be able to buy the vehicle.
    7. Any extra’s that would be handy E.g. locking wheel nuts, SD card’s for Sat Nav’s, manual booklet’s for how the vehicle works etc.
  • How long should my appointment take?

    The selling process on average approximately takes 20 minutes

  • What should I expect at an appointment?

    Depending on what option you choose these are how our appointment works:

    1. On-Site - Bring your vehicle to our premises at the date and time allocated and the team member appointed will greet you. They will inspect your vehicle and this will include a short test drive where our member will drive the vehicle for few meters in forward and reverse. If the sale is agreed then the rest of the paperwork will be completed in the office and you will need to make arrangements for a return journey.
    2. Live Video - One of our team members will live video call you on the allocated date and time set. We will ask yourself to walk around the vehicle and we may ask to hear the sound of the engine running and gears being selected. We may also ask for copies of paperwork in advance. Once we are both happy we will then arrange to either collect the vehicle or if you would rather drop the vehicle to our premises you are more than welcome to also.
    3. Whatsapp chat – One of our team members will add you to a whatsapp chat. We will ask you for a walk around video pointing out any major marks or blemishes and ask to hear the sound of the engine running and gear selection. We may also ask for copies of paperwork in advance. Once we are both happy we will then arrange to either collect the vehicle or if you would rather drop the vehicle to our premises you are more than welcome to also.
    4. Phone Call – One of our team members will contact you and depending on the vehicle will allocate the correct appointment needed to move forward with the sale.

  • What should I do if I'm running late for an appointment?

    We know how life can be sometimes but don’t stress we should still be able to accommodate you and your vehicle when you arrive and effectively carry out your appointment. If you are more than an hour we kindly ask to contact the office. 

  • I have outstanding finance on my vehicle can you buy it?

    We can arrange settlement of any outstanding finance on your car.

    For us to do this we will need you to provide an in date letter from your finance company, detailing the current settlement figure and your agreement reference number.

    The settlement amount will be deducted from the amount paid to you for your car.

    We will pay your finance company within 4 working days after the day of sale

    If you owe more on your finance than the value of the car, we will still be happy to buy the car, but you will need to pay us the shortfall.

  • Do you buy cars with private registration plates?

    We’ll be happy to buy your car whilst it has a personalised registration.

    However, if you want to keep your private plate it’s easy to reassign it to another car or to put the registration onto a retention certificate so that it can be sold or reassigned at a later date. You will need to complete this with the DVLA prior to selling to us.

  • My vehicle is cosmetically damaged or in need or repair will you still buy it?

    We’re happy to buy cars with cosmetic, or even mechanical problems – but it’s vital that we’re aware of any damage before we make you an offer. This is why when you submit details about your car, we ask you to include all known issues. We may even ask you to provide photos of any damage mentioned, such as scratches and dents. Giving an accurate description of your vehicle will ensure the purchase offer we give you is fair and that we’re able to honour the price when we come to inspect and collect the vehicle from you.
